1. Write it down
When we write things down and see it often, we are more likely to be encouraged to complete things/get things done.Try breaking things down in small action steps.
2. Set a deadline
Setting a deadline helps us control and channel our enthusiasm and energy towards a goal/intention.
3. Celebrate!
Feel accomplished as you complete small action steps to getting things done! Share with friends and family how proud you are with every step you’ve knocked out! And then celebrate with each completed goal!
