Lavender or Lavadula is a flowering plant that can be used for many benefits. One benefit is that it’s anti-inflammatory; it can with decrease swelling and inflammation both internally & externally.
There are many ways that one can use lavender. It can be used in/for teas, baths, oils, smokes & infusions.
Personally, I love to use lavender oil to help tummy/womb aches. I add a few drops of carrier oil (coconut oil, mostly) to lavender & massage my pelvis & stomach. It helps a bit.
