Nausea relief

Whether mama or pregnant person has morning sickness, or “all day nausea”, it’s important that they consistently replenish their electrolytes to stay hydrated (especially in Summer months).
Quick tip: Freeze electrolytes solution (coconut water, smoothies, fruit/berry infused water or cow’s milk) in ice cube trays. Suck on them for hydration when water is unappealing or you can’t keep anything down.
