Relaxation helps me uncover our deepest pleasures. Starting a meditation 🧘🏾‍♂️ practice (even if it’s just got 2 minutes a day) can help create relaxation in your life.)

Doing one or two things you love every day helps you prioritize pleasure! And that pleasure creates joy!
