Sacral chakra stones


𝐓 𝐇 𝐄 𝐒 𝐀 𝐂 𝐑 𝐀 𝐋 𝐂 𝐇 𝐀 𝐊 𝐑 𝐀 🔥 the second chakra, known as the sacral chakra, is associated with our emotional body, sensuality, and creativity. it is located below the navel (but also includes the lower pelvis, womb, and genitals) and is connected to the element of water, as well as the color orange. ⁣⁣⁣⁠

when balanced, we radiate warmth and playfulness, and freely express our desires and feelings. we may also feel an abundance of pleasure and creativity. ⁣⁣⁣⁠

when unbalanced, we may struggle to express our emotions and desires, and can feel repressed, or intimately closed off from others. we may also experience compulsive behavior, emotional instability, sexual dysfunction, addictions, fear of change, or feelings of shame. ⁣⁣⁣⁠

🤔 𝐬𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐫𝐚? one of the easiest ways to align this chakra is to work with one of its associated stones! 💎 incorporating any of these stones into your meditation or wellness practices will activate the sacral chakra and allow you to focus on its energy (and your intentions) more easily. ⁣⁣⁣⁠
