𝐓 𝐇 𝐄 𝐒 𝐀 𝐂 𝐑 𝐀 𝐋 𝐂 𝐇 𝐀 𝐊 𝐑 𝐀 🔥 the second chakra, known as the sacral chakra, is associated with our emotional body, sensuality, and creativity. it is located below the navel (but also includes the lower pelvis, womb, and genitals) and is connected to the element of water, as well as the color orange.
when balanced, we radiate warmth and playfulness, and freely express our desires and feelings. we may also feel an abundance of pleasure and creativity.
when unbalanced, we may struggle to express our emotions and desires, and can feel repressed, or intimately closed off from others. we may also experience compulsive behavior, emotional instability, sexual dysfunction, addictions, fear of change, or feelings of shame.
