Set your devices to “Do Not Disturb” Mode
Setting your devices to “Do Not Disturb” cuts out distractions when you need concentration to complete tasks. You can always turn it back on when you need to.
Play some sounds or music in the background. Take a dance break, too!
It will help soften the tasks and make it easier to complete them.
Create boundaries with folks around you.
Let ‘em know you need to complete a task by your deadline and stick to it.
