Creating a self-care practice can feel overwhelming at times. It’s easy to feel like you don’t have enough time or money to take care of yourself, but with the practice of gratitude, you’ll find that with being grateful, you don’t need anything extra.
Sometimes, our days can feel so jam-packed or so boring and routine. I promise you; there are a million little reasons to be grateful just hiding and waiting for an acknowledgment.
So this month’s “challenge,” is in the form of gratitude bingo. Infuse your life with joy and happiness by creating a practice of gratitude.
