One ☝🏾 of the things I’ve been doing for #radicalselfcare is starting a gratitude journal again! ✨


Why is this practice of self care? Spending time to be intentional and write helps to slow down in fast paced world. This slower pace is calming for the body, mind & spirit. 🤍


Writing things I’m grateful for helps me to literally count my blessings for the day. Writing things I’m grateful for ALSO helps me manifest, too. ✨The more grateful I am for what I have, the more blessings the Universe gives. 💐🌼🌟🥰🤍❣️☄️⭐️🎊
