𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚂𝚎𝚗𝚜𝚎𝚜 𝙼𝚎𝚍𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 🌿
This is a simple meditation I have practiced for years. I don't remember where or who I first learned it from, I just remember practicing it at so many times in my life when I needed it most.
This practice can instantly decrease anxiety, calms overthinking, and can connect you back to the present moment.
The special thing is that you can practice this anywhere and anytime. I'd often be on a walk, sitting at the beach, or now in the mountains and I'd take as little as 10 minutes to do this practice and bring me back to my calm center. Meditation doesn't have to be difficult or time consuming - take the time for yourself 💛
