Last week I chose today to do a #solodate. I love musica & I love taking a few hours away from social media!
I wrote a few songs I wanted to listen to while on my music solo date! I’m prioritizing 8:30-noon (before my birth doula consultation) just to listen & sing to music! I’m gonna turn my notifications off, shut down my laptop & leave my phone on “Do Not Disturb”.
And put my music playlist on shuffle & see what shows up!
