What are the risks of reiki?

Some folks say there aren’t any, but I wouldn’t be a good doula / support person /practitioner if I didn’t share the risks.

Some folks experience:

-headaches

-random tingling/ movement in their body (outside of session

-dramatic & slowly changes in life after sessions (it’s just the reiki energy working)

If you’re experiencing any of these, talk with your practitioner. They should support you.
