When I visited Baltimore last Easter, I visited @neighborhoodfiberco, a Black women owned yarn company! (Are there anymore in the world? Let me know) I was so geeked!

While there, I thought about how my paternal granny, a fellow knitter & Master Teacher quilter from Mississippi would have thought about this space. I wondered what she would have thought of @karidacollins owning it! I became curious about what she would have created with some of these BEAUTIFUL skeins. I’d imagine after visiting a sweet place like this, she’d tell stories about how she fell in love with such a magical place, too.
