Oat straw is rich in CALCIUM, potassium, iron, Vitamin C, dietary fiber, antioxidants & VITAMIN B... (all the things).
I’ve heard some women use it as an aphrodisiac because it promotes relaxation & ovulation. It helps to prepare the womb for conception. 😉
If made in a tea, I think red raspberry or hibiscus 🌺 would sweeten it & cut the bitter taste of oat straw.
