Pleasure mapping is an intentional act of “mapping” what parts of the body loves very specific pleasure through touch/sensations. It’s a way to explore pleasure through touch. It helps folks to increase circulation, relax, lower blood pressure and get connected with your body.
During the virtual session, we'll try one relaxation technique before we explore what intensity, temperature, tempo our bodies love. After the session, we'll talk about feelings and experiences in our bodies that come up. I'll share advice & tips.
