“Self care tip: Admit when you’re wrong, fix it & move on.”
It’s difficult for me to admit when I’m wrong sometimes. Sometimes my ego is turned all the way up & I can’t understand the error in my ways. But I know it’s important to make things right, or repent when I’ve wronged a friend or someone I love.
Moving on AFTER I’ve rectified a situation is important, too. And forgive myself for causing them harm. I think a next step after moving on would be to check in with friend to see how I can continue to love them in a way that builds them & our relationship up.
