Spirtual baths are not only physically cleansing, but spiritually, too.


Try using your favorite herbs, bath bombs, espsom salt, crystals, etc. Also prayers, etc. Trying burning incense & candles on the outside of the tub.


Here are some benefits:


1. Spiritual baths can clear toxins and heavy metals from the tissues.


2. Debris are also drawn from the skin, leaving it feeling fresh and rejuvenated.

3. The essential trace minerals your body needs are absorbed through the skin to enhance your health
