Your Professional Self Care

Happy Monday, ya'll! How was your weekend?

For me, instead to moving forward full steam ahead, Mondays are for radical rest. It's a time for me to pause & do some self care.

For me, self care can be:

-physical (stretching, movement)

-mental (taking a break from strolling on social media)

-emotional (crying, venting to a trust friend)

-financial (paying bills on time, saving, investing)

-phychological (journaling or therapy)

This morning, I'm definitely focusing on my professional self care! I plan on taking some time away from social media today, post & engage less. & trying not to focus on any business related items.
