Learn To Meditate 🧘🏽‍♀️

One skill folks need to be an amazing reiki practitioner is:

Learn mindfulness or meditation

So much of reiki involves meditating before and after sessions. It helps to ground and prepare us and our client to relax so reiki energy can flow better.

Just starting off on your meditation journey? Pick up, “Where You Go, There You Are” by Jon Kabat-Zinn. It’s one of my favorite books on meditation and mindfulness! Through reading it, I learned that ANY activity can become a meditation practice: eating, walking, s2xing, laying down, etc.

As long as it’s done with intention, it’s a meditation practice.
