What does a doula do?
To me, a doula is a SUPPORT person. They educate and advocate for clients during many phases of life: pregnancy, labor, sex, postpartum, loss & end of life. And so much more! I’m learning that there are doulas that help support parents in adoption & surrogacy, too.
