Books for healing ❤️‍🩹

Repost from our conference founder @beautyherbsandtea!

Happy Black History Month!🖤💚❤️ Here are our favorite collection of African & African American herbalism books for those looking to deepen your knowledge on ancestral herbalism.

💡Fun fact, majority of herbs that are practiced in westernized herbalism originate in Africa and other indigenous countries, and were used in healing, spiritual, and many other cultural practices….but this is often left out of teachings in herbalism schools and books.

🌱🪴There are also hundreds if not THOUSANDS of healings herbs found in indigenous countries….that are excluded out of westernized herbalism practices.

Have you read any of these books? If so, which one is your favorite? Let me know in the comments ⬇️
